Leith Depot is one of Leith's most popular places to eat. We use local food suppliers and fishmongers, ensuring a seasonal menu. We pride oursevles on providing nutritious, healthy, wholesome and tasty options. Food service is available 12pm-9pm daily and you can choose from lunch, light bites, starters and main dishes. We have a great selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options to choose from.

The lunch menu was exceptionally good at less than £10. The Soup and a Sandwich (or fries) was just gorgeous. Homemade vegetable soup and spicy fried chicken and ruby slaw in a gorgeous bun. The house fries were really good - and the portion size across the board were very generous. Their coffee was very good too. Our dog was made very welcome and she even got a treat from the lovely waitress. Highly recommended.
Met a friend here for a pint on a Friday night. The place was bouncing - there was a gig on in their next door venue. Service was fantastic, choice of beers brilliant. I like a Guinness, but I went for an independent pint - Dark Black - I think it was called. Lovely stuff.
Great pub in the middle of leith walk. Amazing service. Friendly staff. Some lovely food. Nice flavors. Super drinks on tap and great spirits. A place for everyone. It's a great place to be on any day.
Went in this last Saturday evening for tea with 6 friends for my birthday. The chicken burger I had was absolutely banging, my partner went for dirty fries (spicy ones) and they were braw too. The chips I had were proper tattie chips, not McCain’s oven fries which is a rare and tasty find. Tried my first margarita there and wasn’t disappointed. Staff were lovely, plenty choice for beers and drinks in general and a great vibe. We’ll definitely be back for food again because I can’t stop speaking about that burger 😂

Staff are so friendly and kind, with good tunes, cool art. The beer battered pickles are banging and the lunch is great value. A lovely place to spend a lazy Friday afternoon AND they are one of the few bars around that are welcoming to mums with wee ones (we're people too!) Vegetarian options: One of the few places I would choose the veggie options first, particularly love the tofu nori and the pickles! Kid-friendliness: Most bar staff in other bars are judgemental or horrible to kids and make no attempt to hide the fact they don't want parents and kids in the pub. Not here,they help you with the door and the buggy and will gladly get mummy a pint and baby a wee glass of milk
